Mindful pup yoga designed for gentle socialisation, where guests help create calm, safe and positive first experiences.
Our pup yoga classes are designed with puppy wellbeing as the top priority, creating a safe, calm, and positive environment for puppies as they gently explore new experiences at their own pace. Sessions are puppy-led, low-stimulation, and grounded in respect for each pup’s comfort, rest, and boundaries.
We currently host sessions across regional Victoria, including Geelong, Warrnambool, and Ballarat.
At the same time, these classes offer guests a meaningful pause from daily life. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and quiet connection with the puppies, participants are invited to slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and support their own mental wellbeing.
By holding space for both puppies and people, pup yoga becomes a shared experience of calm, care, and connection - where compassion, presence, and wellbeing come first.
Puppy yoga was so much fun ❤️ The team was amazing with not only our class, but with the puppies as well. We were well informed in regard to how to handle the puppies, as well as the yoga moves. The perfect mixture of yoga, which was easy to follow as a beginner myself, and playing with the puppies ❤️

We would like to sincerely thank the organisers and helpers of Puppy Yoga Vic for their time, dedication, due diligence and attention to detail with respect to the care and wellbeing of all the puppies and participants.
The thorough cleaning of the facility prior and throughout the event was exceptional. All yoga participants were set clear expectations on hand sanitising and the treatment of all the puppies.
The yoga classes were organised with attention to detail and the primary focus was the well being of the puppies; setting up all the classes for paramount success.
The puppies, the yoga instructor and all participants had an absolute blast.
